Friday night finally brought us the season finale of the 3rd season of “Lost”. For some odd reason (perhaps also the Aliens) my receiver did not record it, though I had set it to do so. Lucky for me, there was a pay per view [...]

..the ones that made that crop circle, of course.
You see, my “things are breaking” streak is continuing. Shortly after I had finished the kitchen renovation, my stove/oven/dishwasher combo got broken (it is a space-saving appliance which combines all three in one). Anyhow, it is wired such that the dishwasher and oven may not be operated [...]

I do admit that I was a bit perturbed when recently hearing in the news that a crop circle had appeared in a grain field some 3 km from here. It is not very far from where we walk with Tobi down by the river.
