The Most Dangerous Cake in the World

My thanks to Jen who sent me this

INGREDIENTS:

4 tablespoons flour (that’s plain, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
Small splash of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
1 coffee mug

Put dry ingredients in the mug and mix well.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips (if using)
Mix again.

Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT!
NOTE: This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous.

And why is this cake the MOST DANGEROUS CAKE RECIPE?
Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at
any time of the day or night!

And because it isn’t any fun getting fat alone, I have decided to share this with you.

Oh that is a fabulous little cake. I think I’ll make me one every Sunday. I might even make Hubster one, too but we’ll see.

I got a big chili mug–5 inches wide & 3&1/2 inches high. It is just fantastic in it– comes out round and shiny with choc. chips.
Has anyone tried putting a little grated zuccuni in it ?
    I add chopped nuts.

Yes to the nuts but no zucchini …yet. heehee

We just got a couple big mugs from King Arthur Co. Should make things easier.
